To think I bought silver at $10 and was too scared to buy again at $20. grrr.

For the last couple of weeks, the PM markets in India on Saturday (they are open Saturday) have been very good indicators of what to expect on the Globex come Sunday evening. I suspect that's why apmex suspended selling two weeks ago (Indian markets indicated big moves during a time of great uncertainty).

Pop goes the weasel today.

To re-balance my holding flipped some gold (1820 /oz) for silver (40/oz) let's see how it works out,

Methinks the Markets are in for another interesting week.

C'mon silver, up, up, away away!

My bullion guy told me that today had gone nuts. One lady had taken her entire savings and bought gold.He said they have just about run out of silver. Lucky I bought some yesterday! Not only that, he mentioned Ron Paul. No surprises there in US but in this wee outpost, you could have knocked me down with a feather. No-one knows who Bernanke is or RP!

As long as you are buying physical silver and current government/monetary/debt issues remain, cost average in at anything below 100$.

For real - China and India have started to step their game up. They will continue to lop up gold EN MASSE, but now that gold is near 2000$, silver is VERY VERY cheap and has more potential. They know this and are buying A LOT of silver because it too is a store of value...and is costing them less.

Triple digit silver is assured. The only thing that stops that is if the ruling elite cut off all credit globally. In that scenario, silver drops below 20$ an ounce...but everything will become cheaper in dollars...and harder to get.

PM's do well in inflation, amazing during stagflation (our current condition) and are a lifeboat during deflation.

Is Silver still a good investment at $44?

If you think $44 per silver coin is expensive and wish you bought at cheaper prices, then you can buy bitcoins now :) They're cheap compared to the peak ($11 per bitcoin now compared to $32 at the peak), but unlike silver it can crash to $0 or reach parity with gold at $2000, no one knows...

How come zerohedge isn't posting anything today, do you Americans have a holiday today or something?

Hmm I think something is wrong with their site, it wont show news posts when on the right side when you look at top stories there clearly are some already posted that should be appear..

EDIT: nvm, looks like it was just me lol :D
