Pledge to call your Representative on Monday, July 23 for Audit The Fed

Most DC offices close at 5pm ET. One hour left to call your Representative if you haven't already done so.

Remember, if you can't call, you can always send an email through their Congressional website.

Yup, called Pete Olson's office, he is a cosponsor, but it never hurts to add pressure. (And btw, he doesn't accept e-mails. You would think someone who represents NASA would...just saying)

Good idea y'all for a last round of calls! +rep to (edit: Tsai, who started this thread).

@ChristopherShelley:

Bummer. What a way for them to skirt the question.

I keep getting aides that just take messages...I mean..how do we hold these people accountable or let them understand the urgency if we're not talking directly to them? god....

Grace Napolitano CA-38 is currently not cosponsoring and her aide is telling me he doesn't know her position.

Just got off the phone with my Congresswoman's office. She is a co sponsor and will be voting yes tomorrow.

Many Congressmen will be holding town halls in August during the month long recess. Attend one of those and you'll have the opportunity to speak directly to your Rep.

There's a possibility the vote might not happen until Wednesday.

If your Congressman's DC office is now closed, you can send an email through their website or call first thing tomorrow morning (9 AM ET).

The House is expected to debate the #AuditTheFed bill tomorrow between 2:30-4:30 pm EST.

Left another message at my rep's DC office. I've seen it said on here a few times but it needs to be said again....Make sure you let them know your address, zip code, phone number, etc so they know you are a voter in their district when you call and leave messages. They must know that WE are the people that will be voting them out if they refuse to represent us properly.
