For big stacks, I found that the Priority Mail flat rate boxes are a deal. I sent stuff to 2 different locations in texas, both boxes weighed about 14 lbs, and it cost me about $9.00 to mail it. Each box was only about half full too.

even if more stuff is en route, does it make sense for
the dallas or ft. worth HQ people to soon gather everything up
and send EVERYTHING onto the upcoming contests? there are other
pivotal days and contests, still! ... just a pipeline thought!!!

would it also help for people who can't beat out the primary deadline
to send along an amount of stamps greater than or equal to what it takes
to send the box or package to TEXAS? like if the delivery is slow, EVERYTHING
can be sent one more leg further concerning the contest!!!
