Not since the Wright brothers historic first flight has a launch on North Carolina soil been watched with so much anticipation…. (December 17, 1903) Now once again North Carolina is the stage for a history making event! (December 14, 2007)
North Carolina “First in Blimp!”

Flood cnn, msnbc, and fox with I-Reports or whatever their networks silly name is for them.

I assure you all who question the hole over the N, that it is there for a reason. I do not kow what that reason is. Maybe they couldn't cover the vent in the blimp, maybe it was to release air pressure from behind the banner. The people who made this happen are no dummies. Be grateful you are a part of history. Continue to be a part of history.

it was to release air pressure from behind the banner

Its due to there being a large helium intake valve in that spot on the side of the blimp...good try though

Yup. I know it has been said that they plan to put the banner on the other side, on Monday. What about the stickers? When will the banners be replaced with the better-looking, unvented stickers?
