This is why he retires at the end of every game, only to come back :D

40 takes a toll on a man.
Respect.

Favre is the only quarterback to have led a team to victory over all thirty-two teams in the league since the NFL first expanded to 32 franchises in 2002.[53][115]

Favre is one of four quarterbacks to lead the league in touchdown passes four times. The others are Johnny Unitas, Len Dawson and Steve Young.[116] In addition, Favre owns a number of team records, having printed his name into almost every passing category in the annals of Green Bay Packers history. Most recently, he set the team record for consecutive completions with 20 on November 22, 2007, against the Detroit Lions.[117]

Amazing career and damn his detractors.

I respect the skills and the determination, not the ego.

do you think it was ego that made him pass it instead of running it at the end of that game?
they were in perfect position to win that game if he just stepped up a couple yards and fell down.

That last play by Farve could be "his ego" or it could of been him coming to terms with exactly how badly injured he was when he was lying on the side lines getting treated, Maybe he was looking for a good way "out" of the game as the guy just knows too much about football to make such a noob decision in such crucial playoff game. This wasnt a reg season game or even a first round playoff game this was very crucial and to think the guy didnt know any better of what to do on that last place leads me to think 2 things. He has NO BRAINS or he was "looking for an excuse to end the pain early?

I have to say this though the Saints were Luckier then a pimple faced teen getting laid by the head cheerleader at a drive in LOL!!!

is your last name Manning?

HAHAHA Good one mate!!! Which brings me to the Colts vs Saints its an "all in the family affair" this superbowl as the saints adore Archies legacy and ole Peyton wants to win this for his dad who will be there supporting the colts.

IF you like the saints in this game Id pray that the line moves to -7.5for the colts by game time because thats the only value I see in taking the saints in a betting scenario, If the books gave me +7.5 or 8 for sure ID take them on the spread but a SU victory is not a smart thing to do with the Saints LOL!!!

both Farve and Manning are from the new orleans region.
Brees is from Houston and that is close enough.
we are keeping it in the family this year.

Payton Manning's dad used to be the QB for the Saints. I think he was also the QB coach for them for a while as well.

So Torch who do you want to win it this year? and Who do you think WILL win it this year?

Im a Colts supporter myself and I wouldnt mind betting against them on the spread if the public inflated the colts to those numbers I talked about but for the SU win I got no problem backing the colts in doing that.

Brees made me some nice units this year but Id be sweating if I put my units at Risk with him and the Saints against my Colts.

Yes he was mate!!! ITs not exactly the type of Superbowl scenario youd want if you had huge pending units on the Saints to win LOL!!! and especially knowing that Archie will be fully backing his son to "tease" the saints and then carve them up like a turkey in the second half I would hate to have a SU saints bet pending in this game LOL!!!

The script dident call for them to win, that was the Sacrifice the vikings had to made. In the sudden death over time, the Saints winning field goal repersented the Vikings returing to Valhalla to rest agian, as they are Viking warriors.
