Just woke up from a nap, after my long day in Fancy Farm, Kentucky. This was my first year there, and I have to say, it was very hot weather-wise, but in terms of politics, it was very hot as well. But once again, I got some pictures from the event that I would like to share with you all. You can find even more on my Flickr, here.

Not surprisingly, Gurley was there, but this time, was sporting a few Rand Paul buttons and stickers.

Had a lot of fun at this event, though I wish it hadn't been such a loonngg day. Thanks to those who said hello, and I hope to attend some more events in the near future.

Gurley For Governor!

Gurley is officially awesome. I got to chat with him at some length again yesterday - we bump into each other all over the state. He's 100% behind Rand now, wants to put up a large sign. Additionally, I thanked him for his blunt Ron-Paulesque honesty in the debates. I feel he helped us out a lot by his presence, and added force to our message at the same time. God bless him!

86 year old guy in the second to last picture. Finished in fifth place out of six candidates with 0.8% of the vote in the primary. Became a running joke here against Bill Johnson ("why is Johnson allowed to debate but not Gurley??")
