I think the "guy with the beard" was a Photoshopped photo.

They could have been watching the raid,

The entire picture looks odd to me. Obama, Biden, The man and woman in the background. They all look kind of out of place. Maybe it is just some kind of illusion. There is no reason to fake something like this. It just looks weird to me.
