have it open in another tab, but you will have to ask their zip code to find it, and use their last name from the top of the script

there is a web page to give them to find it, but if we can look it up for them, that means it is done and not something they'll put off. We can say 'I can direct you to a web page to look it up or if you want to give me your zip code I can look it up for you....'

Last name and zip code and then it will bring up possible addresses (I am guessing because of their last name). I asked the one guy are you on Maple st or 14th st? He told me, I clicked it and it told him where to go. It works very very well.
