Yep. 1000 calls, only 328 of them were republican or republican leaning voters....rest don't care, don't vote, aren't republican.

But you need more than 328 NATION wide. 6.5% is a HUGE margin of error. 5% tends to be what you want as the max...10% makes a poll horribly obsolete.
