The Fed (supposedly a part of government) openly buys it's own bonds to make them look like they are worth more, a totally obvious banker trick, and people all over the world "buy US bonds as a safe heaven" ? Or they jumped into dollars, WTF?

I hadn't yet seen this "new feature" on the whitehouse.gov, I'm not comfortable signing without looking into it more but in theory hum... in practice hum hum...
The idea of petitioning the government to end the fed (I think there these words are some where in the first amendment some where ) is great though.

There is already a current a standing executive order to end the Federal Reserve. Despite that, it goes ignored. That being said, do you really think they are going to give a rats ass about an online petition from some Ron Paul spammers, when they dont give a rats ass about an executive order that is current? Honestly?

Why do you guys insist on wasting your time on trivial and meaningless adventures? Try to stay focused on the campaign and fund raising for the good Dr. and all else will fall into place. Dont fall for their distractions, and trust me, thats all this is.

Anything that gets 5,000+ signatures get an official response. BUT, it would be nice for others to go to the site and see this petition. Needs 100 signatures before it becomes searchable/viewable to browsers.
