Sounds like something from John Kennedy's inaugural address.

I like his foreign policy attitude, but his Libertarian appears to be a little far off with many out there.

I still feel even as I've seen his responses in video's a little too good to be true...

Nice! I just sent you the idea laid out below in a PM but figured I'd share with this thread and blackthisout thread as well (just in case any other video pros what to riff off of it :) )

  • Section 1 (no music): The message of Paul (re: "I'm not trying to win, I'm trying to change history")....
  • Section 2 (0:04 - 0:36): The MSM Attacks. - clips of media talking bullshit interspersed with title cards outlining our case against them (e.g. "the mainstream media is against him, they are the puppets of the corporations and washington elite") - increase the FUD/vitriol as the drum anvils begin to drop at 0:21 until the crescendo at 0:36. Immediately follow crescendo with a channel change-esque cut away to a white-noise-screen that flashes before 'channel changing' to ...
  • Section 2a (no music): Ron Paul Responds. - clip of Ron Paul saying something in a stern/gruff/grave voice to the effect of 'you can't silence my message... you can't silence keep the message of liberty, or justice from spreading'
  • Section 3 (0:37 - 0:54): BlackThisOut is Born. - title cards that mythicize the birth of the blackthisout movement (e.g. "and so it was - the truth could not be silence - for a few decided to fight... and then a few became many... and many became thousands... and thousands became a single voice powerful enough to push back against the blackout, against the deceits and deceptions being spread across the land".. or something to that effect - title cards should be interspersed with fast transitions between photos of people with their eyes blacked out and the Ron Paul grassroots/crowds rising/cheering (positive clips, no anarchist stuff - e.g. video clips of Paul in front of a roaring crowd and/or looking serious, grave, gruff, victorious, stern, etc in front a of large crowd)
  • Section 4 (0:54 - 1:08): BlackThisOut Spreads (A Date is Declared). - fade to a darker/blacker background ... ghost in title cards that say something to the effect of "but a path through the media's blackout still remained... a path that they could not lock down or completely close off ... a path directly to the people... And so a date was decided and a message sent out... that spread across the land... that on October 19th - THOUSANDS WILL RISE IN DEFENSE OF LIBERTY AND CHALLENGE THE Media TO BLACK THIS OUT."
  • Section 5 (1:08 - 1:50): A 'Call to Arms' (Why We Must Win). - HAMMER OF LIBERTY = Dropped. This is where we connect the cause of BlackThisOut to the larger vision... to the peace, prosperity and freedom that Ron Paul and all of us our fighting for. This is where you pull in powerful/iconic images depicting the greatness and glory and awesome of America The Free (e.g. flag, families, CHILDREN, landmarks, flyover shots of the grand canyon, forests, etc.).
    • Intersperse these clips with title cards that call on everyone who desires truth, liberty and an end to the MSM BLACKOUT of Ron Paul to RISE UP on October 19th and send the MSM a message: They can try to silence Ron Paul's campaign, but they will fail.
  • Section 6 (1:51 - 2:04): History's Call - preferably, this is a video clip of Paul saying something similar to Judge Napolitano's quote at the end of "The People Will Rise" (re: "In the long of the world, only a few generations have been granted the role of defending freedom in its maximum hour of danger"). If the judge clip is used then use the lines quoted here over title card with the blackthisout.com logo + date (and black&white Ron Paul image?).
    • An archive video clip of Kennedy (or some other great figure that was silenced/"blacked out") saying something epic would also work very well here. Fade to black
  • Section 7 (2:05 - fade out): Closing Titles - End with a fast/hard break right when the anvil drops at 2:05. (see: early blackthisout videos that used the white-noise/static cut-away to "BlackThisOut.com - October 19th").

k I see you have it all planned out and everything looks good.

- We should have someone voice over this, there's too much to read. If we can't find anyone in the forum I know where I can pay to get voice overs done.

- If you're not doing anything else, it would really help if you find those clips you mentioned on youtube because (except for the ones I've used in the video) almost all of it I have no idea what or where those are from.

- Originally i wanted to work on like a total exposure of the media bias just like how this post has a lot of the VVS BS. But I think i can do your idea pretty fast since it's all laid out already.

- Are we using the same format from "people will rise" video? like the same template justs move things around and change the words?

- The music. I really don't like to use "popular" or well-known music coz people are generally attached to the original use of that track. So using inception they'll be thinking about inception, or braveheart or gladiator if you use those soundtracks. And I think it detracts from the message instead of paying attention to the video they're paying attention to the music. Plus the video will look like a fan-made trailer, well because that's what people on youtube usually do is they use popular music for their fan made projects. Well those are my thoughts anyway and I know you disagree so I'm willing to try it anyway. But I think I'm right so if you'd like to rethink the music I would really appreciate it :) you can check out some tracks from audiojungle.net (that's the cinematic section). they have plenty of really really good ones.
