Paul's Numbers Keep increasing

I'm looking at the CNN poll and I noticed that his count has increased from 9,990 something to 10,040 but the % reporting hasn't increased. Probably doesn't mean anything but I don't know if anyone else wants to comment or has noticed this.

I'm sorry for not explaining myself. I obviously understand what you have posted. What I meant to say is no new precincts have reported but Paul's vote tally is increasing. I was just wondering where those new votes were coming from.
