So they just said that the vote there is being done by a private political orginization. As such they can determine who votes there. So their votes should not even be allowed to be counted.

Went to go vote at the Nevada Republican Cacus and was told that I could not vote late unless I missed the earlier vote for religious reasons. What? They wanted me to sign an affidavit stating so under the law of Purgery. I objected and the news was there and put mikes in my face as I was realling on this poor guy, educating him on the U.S Constitution regarding the separation of church and state. I told him that the whole process should be open to all Republicans and what they were doing is unAmerican. The polls if open should be open to Republicans who did not get a chance to vote earlier. I felt disciminated against.

Sorry, but that's just not true. The party can decide who they want to cater to. In this case they decided there was a significant enough Jewish and Seventh Day Adventist population to hold a late caucus.

I doubt that holds up in court, try that same argument using race as a qualifier and see how far you get.
