LOL, yeah I'm not even sure what it means. I don't think they have really grasped how many "regular" supporters he has.

As Wikipedia puts it, a spoiler is "a candidate for election, who, while having little chance of winning, draws votes from another candidate with similar positions on major issues, thus allowing the election of someone with contrary positions."

Who has similar positions on major issues to Dr. Paul? Aren't the "top-tier" candidates really just spoiling each other?
