Paul must win at least 3rd in SC or NV! No if's, and's, or but's!!!

Guys, this is the defining moment. Period. No more excuses.

He's gotta get 3rd in SC.

If he can pull that his money bomb will go crazy on the 21st.

Hopefully is supporters can come together to form other freedom driven groups etc.

I really think this is the defining moment. I hope he does well.

If not, I'm done with $, I'll just write him in so I know it's not my fault.

Keep your fingers crossed though, SC can come through!!!!

if he gets ~10% again in this primary, he will have gotten roughly the same percentage in four, as you said, very diverse states. That's nothing to sneeze at, especially with the wild swings the other "candidates" have had in their numbers.

No offense intended but why do people feel the need to come on the board and declare ultimatums. If Ron doesn't do this then I'm not giving any money! If you don't want to give money then don't, but don't try to spread your negativity on to everyone else.

NV maybe, but it ain't gonna happen in SC. In any case, this is going to be a long drawn out war and we have 46 battles remaining.

It's not negativity. Give him all the money he wants.

This message is based on guilt. It makes me sad to even consider the reality of RP not getting the nomination.

Misery enjoys company.

I'm just trying to get the last "hopefuls" with me to have hope & a common understanding with others if he doesn't make it.

But do give all the dough you can!

I'll keep my fingers crossed, but honestly, the competition in SC is such that a 3rd place finish is not a reasonable ultimatum. The only ultimatum, in my opinion, is that President Paul does well in at least 1 state before super tuesday.

Don't over hype, just work hard.

From what I've seen, the polls are saying that Huck and Thomas are in a close race for 3rd place. Meaning one of them according to the polls will come in 4th. So realistically, I'd say we should hope for 4th place again. But I see 5th place happening. Not being negative here, just realistic. I'd love to see RP hit 3rd place, but I don't see it happening. Ask yourself, what took place in SC that justifies 3rd place. Are there way more precinct captains there, way more MSM support, way more advertising? Probably not, so yeah, expect more of the same.

41 delegates are within Ron Paul's reach in Louisiana. It's the delegates... not necessarily what places he comes in. He could come in last in Louisiana's primary and get 41 delegates through the caucus process.

Worry about the delegates in South Carolina. How does he get delegates? How many are up for grabs in S.C.?

SC is hotly contested and voters are easily distracted from RPs message because people think you can just throw money at a problem or God will protect us from our own stupidity. Well neither of those are true and until we wake people up by spreading RPs message they will continue to follow the propaganda of the MSM.

This is a 50 state battle against 5 other opponents. We will take on each state one at a time, learn from our mistakes and move to the next state. Super Tuesday affords us a great opportunity if we take advantage of it. We have a great grass roots program which can easily spread out over many states at once. Our opponents can not mirror our ability to work multiple states at once.

Keep working hard, we will get there.

Just getting ready to head for S.C. for the Charleston rally and help them on Saturday and I thought I'd check this forum before I left. How disappointing. If you are going to give up,do it and leave without attempting to discourage others here.I have spent several weekends in S.C. and honestly don't care how the vote turns out.We may not finish 3rd,or 4th there but I for one will not give up.We are winning hearts and minds every day even if we don't win the vote tomorrow. This election is still young and our momentum is constantly growing. The message of liberty and truth is what Dr. Paul is spreading and I will assist him with this until I leave this world.I will not give up.I will continue my plans for winning my precint, county, and state(N.C.) for the good doctor. Will anyone else stand with me?

I am with you 100%. I am currently working in OH although our primary is not until early March. I have already touched base with the grass roots effort in WV and plan to drag other Ohioans down there on Super Tuesday to help out where we can.

I agree with everything you said, and it's great that you're part of the small group of supporters that's actually working to make a difference.

"Will anyone else stand with me?" .. I'm with you sloned.. and if this goes like I think it's going to go then NC will be an important state. It's going to the end, and it'll be a brokered convention.

How about the endorsement of RP by the Daily Gamecock?
I predict 3rd in SC.

Great to hear about the endorsement. So this one endorsement is going to bring RP from his usual 4th-5th place to 3rd in SC?

Here again, I'm not negative, just being realistic. I see too many people giving themselves unrealistic false high hopes, only to be let down so badly, they threaten to give up the day after another bad primary/caucus.
