Ordinarily I would agree, but that unfortunate line will pass utterly without notice. The political press focuses on whatever's NEW in each successive candidate statement, and this has to signal a more aggressive phase of the campaign is going to begin.

If they can send those Weekly Standard a-holes out to call Paul a Nazi, Paul can call their boy a chickenhawk.

This is a more assertive direct attack on the war party than any made by any candidate on the national stage to date. Bloggers call Giuliani a chickenhawk - not Congressmen. Until today.
