Paul Ambushed by Vermin Supreme

I actually laughed when I read this. If Paul doesn't make the ballot, we should troll the GOP and vote for Vermin Supreme in the General.

Send ALL the troops EVERYWHERE!!

vermin is awesome.he makes us realize that elections are a meat market after all.it should be treated with irreverance.especially informed irreverance.i dont think he is an idiot.

It was reported earlier this week that the satirist dropped in on a campaign event for former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum, where he asked the social conservative, "Will you marry me, Rick?" adding, "Come out with your hands up and your pants down!"

Ahahahaha, this guy is awesome! I hope to hear more from Vermin Supreme.

no that dude isn't stupid. he's serves the same purpose jon stewart does... to shine a light on the absurdity of it all.

He's mocking the system. He's not an idiot or crazy....just ignorant that Paul isn't your typical politician.

This Vermin guy is definitely a nut, but I think some of his comments are actually pretty awesome because he is mocking positions of the two party establishment by statiting things such as he wants US troops sent everywhere in the world to make the world more like America. That right there is pretty hilarious.

Can we spread the word that this guy has the same platform as Obama when it comes to "forced tooth brushing" and foreign policy.

Can't help but think people are reporting this because it flies with the "Ron Paul is a kook" bit.

Drudge is obviously poking @ Dr.Paul

He wouldn't put Vermin as his headline if he was confronting Romney, Santorum etc.

He's mocking the system. He's not an idiot or crazy....just ignorant that Paul isn't your typical politician.

Todd anyone wearing a large rubber boot on their head has to have a screw loose LOL

I hope a pollster calls me and asks, "Who is your first choice for president?"
I will answer, "Ron Paul!"
I hope the pollster then asks me, "Who is you second choice for president?"
I will answer, "Vermin Supreme!"
:D
Seriously, though, I don't think this guy is the least bit crazy (unless he's crazy "like a fox").
He's a "performance satirist" - and a brilliant one.

I would trust a guy wearing a boot for a hat telling the truth over a candidate with perfect hair any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

I think the boot is his way of saying that you shouldn't let men in fancy hats (politicians, bureaucrats) tell you how to live your life. The boot is just the way of illustrating the absurdity of it all.

I think his message is actually a very coherent way of saying not to trust politicians.
