Pat Robertson won Iowa years ago, it's only one state.

And look where it got Pat Robertson. It's Neocon country, so no one should be discouraged, infact you should be ENcouraged because how well we're doing in this state according to their voting habits.

I agree that we shouldn't get too upset about this. Think about it: the front runners are Obama and Huckabee! How smart can these people possibly be?

cheers to that.

Very true. I guess some of us were hoping they learned from the last 8 years... guess some people really never turn off Fox News.

Well yes, and that was the reason I didn't expect Ron Paul to win Iowa, but I was hoping for better than 5th however.

Pat Robertson came in second in Iowa in 1988
George H. W. Bush was 3rd

but I don't remember Pat Robertson talking about Jesus as much as Huckabee

I agree - although it wasn't the number that I was praying for, I think we did better than a lot of people expected. On to Wyoming and then New Hampshire.

Oops, he got 2nd. Well that still backs up my point. GWBush got 3rd and went on the win the nomination. But he got beat by Pat Robertson, seriously ya'll cheer up, it's Iowa and we did great in this state!

last bump of the night. Any further negativity can be viewed as trolling imo.
