and his supporters - just now on Fox News. She laid it out, if we are marginalized by the party, Obama is going to win in November.

I'm not voting for anybody but Paul, the true Great American.

I'm glad Palin recognizes this though, they have treated us like crap and then the RNC comes to me begging for money. NO NO NO !!!!!!

They can start praising Paul to the heavens, the vast majority of us are not going to vote for Romney or (lol) Santorum.

Immediately followed by the marginalizing I disagree with his foreign policy. True question...do you think a Paul President would allow the shutting down of Hamuuz? I mean if Congress is doing the pissing off of Iran (sanctions) what would the appropriate Paul response be?

Palin didn't get the memo that the establishment doesn't care giving Obama a 2nd term.

She was on a roll until she marginalized him on FP and talked about a possible 3rd party run. But before that was great - talking up his spending cuts, etc. I honestly think she could support him over Romney if it gets down to a 2 horse race.

Disagreeing with positions isn't marginalizing. Marginalizing is things like Santorum calling people disgusting.

Yessss. The more she defends us, the better.

And it's actually better, imo, to have her defend us right now without an endorsement--makes her seem more impartial and objective, whereas if she had endorsed Ron, it'd be more easily shrugged off.

She doesn't have to agree with very aspect of RP's platform... she's still defending him.

No, it is like MSNBC at the time there was a three way tie tonight, saying it didn't matter what Ron got because there were only so many people voting because they want to 'legalize drugs' so lets look at Romney Santorum and GINGRICH.

And it is what Louisiana did in caucus last time, and what Nevada did.

While I agree with you that Santorums comments were marginalizing, not to mention also unprofessional & childish, I still think Palin did some marginalizing too by blaming FP and then giving the specific example of current events w/ regards to Iran. Which brings me back to the question I asked, what would RPs response be to the current Iranian saber rattling re shutting down the shipping lane. (I have my own answers but wanted to hear from others).

He'd start with diplomacy.

Yes the first and most obvious but if American shipping vessels were in some kind of danger would he move our carriers out of the area? Another obvious answer is that we wouldn't be pissing them off with sanctions in the first place but the fallacy in answering the question this way is it introduces the "but if" and does not deal with the reality of what is in front of us right now. The reason I'm asking this is because we all know FP is the hardest to defend, another reality I face whenever I get into political discussions about Paul. I think it would be an excellent exercise for us to really think about not the what if policy but the reality of the foreign relations RP is going to inherit as President.

No one but Paul.

And I would pay to see Paul get 21% in the general election. (I'll definitely max out to his general election campaign.)
