A former Palantir employee is sounding the alarm. The tech company, founded by Peter Thiel, claims they can revolutionize government systems with their AI-powered software. They’ve been hired by the Department of Defense, the FBI, ICE, and even Wendy’s. We talked to a former Palantir employee, dug into decades of research and listened to hours of Palantir CEO Alex Karp's own words to carefully unwrap the layers of Palantir’s carefully cultivated sales pitch — and how they capitalize on fear and unrest to make money.

Here's Palantir's mentally deranged CEO Alex Karp saying they can kill their enemies.

So silly that these violent dorks chose "Palantir" as the name for their company, but fitting I suppose.

Here is the deleted scene from LOTR that didn't make the theatrical version, where crazy Saruman is still obsessing about his magic 8-ball before he gets shanked.

The Real Wizard is coming globo-dorks.

Your firewalls ain't gonna help.

Palantir Technologies is expected to report strong q1'25 earnings, driven by significant new contracts in the Banking, Defense, and Industrial markets.

Palantir provides tools to government customers for intelligence gathering, counterterrorism and military purposes. Now Palantir aims to use generative AI to spur growth in the U.S. commercial market, such as health care and financial services.

- On April 16, 2025, Citigroup (C) announced that the firm had entered into a partnership with Palantir to upgrade its technology for its wealth management platform.

- Palantir announces a joint venture with TWG Global to improve AI deployments across the financial services industry. One major goal of the JV is to consolidate fragmented solutions into one enterprise-wide approach.

- On the industrial side, Palantir announced 6 new customers deploying Warp Speed to accelerate their onshoring manufacturing capabilities. Palantir had announced the addition of Warp Speed to its arsenal of capabilities in q4’24, bringing forth a unified manufacturing resource platform specific for Industry 4.0. The new customer cohort each has a focus in the defense and national security industry, focusing on aerospace, oceanic vessels, and space technology.

- In addition to the major deals and partnerships, Palantir entered into a partnership with the NATO Communications and Information Agency to deploy Palantir’s Maven Smart System into NATO’s Allied Command Operations. Though the value of this deal isn’t yet public, Palantir had signed a $480mm, 5-year deal with the US Combatant Commands in 2024, potentially suggesting that its deal with NATO may also be a multi-hundred million-dollar deal.

- Staying on the topic of defense, there was a recent announcement that Palantir’s AI capabilities may be utilized as part of President Trump’s Golden Dome missile defense system. As suggested in the announcement, SpaceX (SPACE) is a leading contender to develop critical components for the defense system that is aimed to mirror Israel’s Iron Dome. The project would involve deploying 400-1,000 satellites to detect and track incoming missiles around the globe, and 200 attack satellites armed with missiles or lasers to intercept and neutralize threats. SpaceX, Palantir and Anduril Partnership is competing for the US Golden Dome Missile Defense Contracts.

- Palantir Technologies (PLTR) has won a $30 million contract from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency, according to federal filings. ICE Is Paying Palantir $30 Million to Build ‘ImmigrationOS’ Surveillance Platform.

- NHS England has awarded a new contract to US data analytics company Palantir to transition existing NHS projects into a new Federated Data Platform (FDP). US-based Palantir – chaired by staunch Donald Trump ally and PayPal co-founder Peter Thiel – has been providing data services to the UK government since the start of the pandemic. The government has announced NHS England will be abolished to "cut bureaucracy" and reform how the National Health Service is run.

The "Maven Smart System", which the U.S. has been using for years, boasts that a targeting officer can increase his "kill chain" efficiency from 30 to 80 targets per hour, is basically machine learning LLM type technology that consumes info from "sensors", "social media", "satellites", etc. But don't wory, they assure us, a human still has to 'authorize' the kill command.

Israel of course uses this technology. We don't know this because Israel admits it, but because Alex Carp (the globo-dork in the video above in this thread bragging about robo-killing people) runs his mouth about it.

The danger of course is that the targeting officer obviously isn't going to be as thorough validating information for 80 targets vs. 30.

Worse still, how can the information feeding this robo-beast even be validated? Does it not become easier by simply replacing an innocent persons "social media" with the wrong info or address.

Think "swatting" on steroids.

So when you see news about a car blowing up, or a random building in Beirut residential neighborhood getting bombed, or a convoy of ambulances, know that this what is being used. Ukraine war and Gaza are providing great research/test environments for Musk/Thiel and Trump's other warmongering buddies.

If you "succumb to the wrong ideology", Alex Karp, CEO of Palantir, might have to kill you and your family.

An admitted genocidal psychopath, financed with your tax dollars.

.

OK, so now what?

More evil people using new technology to do evil things. A story as old as time itself.

Seems to me that the problem isn’t the technology, but the fact that, as with most new, innovative technologies, the only people really using it are the evil psychopathic bastards who think they run the world. Like any technology, AI is just a tool. It can be used for good or ill depending upon the aims of the people using it. You’re definitely NOT going to stop it.

Then what?

Maybe, instead of constantly “warning” each other and anyone else who will listen (those being fewer and fewer as people get tired of hearing gloom and doom, no matter how well-intentioned), we try to balance the evil uses with some good ones? Embrace the new tech 9not it’s current uses, of course), learn to use it ourselves to the best of our ability, and maybe, for once, actually have some decent people putting emerging tech to decent uses for a change?

Or, we could just hunker down and hope to weather the storm while the evil bastards steamroll over us AGAIN using the latest and greatest new tools to do so.

Our choice.

Oh, and “Karp”? Really?

I can only imagine the ruthless teasing and abuse this asshole suffered in school. No doubt left him with a HUGE chip on his shoulder and an unquenchable thirst for revenge against the world. This guy was destined to be a sociopathic asshole.

I agree with everything that you said. The problem is, until it's too late:

You know, right now there are teenagers out there using AI to become millionaires.

Emerging technology always presents a plethora of opportunities. Sometimes it even makes BILLIONAIRES out of otherwise everyday people.

It's just a fact of life that people with a lot of money have MUCH MORE INFLUENCE in the world.

Might be nice to have a few liberty oriented millionaires out there. Maybe even, if one of us gets lucky, a billionaire.

Sure the fuck isn't going to hurt.
