Tazering Homeless People

Homeless people are an eyesore in our communities. We need to have broader authority to use non lethal means of controlling them. I propose all homeowners who can verify home ownership to the federal government to be issued tazers. These tazers can be used on homeless people so that they leave our communities. Taxpayers should not have to look at poverty in the United States of America. We are rich and free. These lazy people should be tazed first, repeatedly, and often. If that doesn't compel them to get jobs they should be rounded up, given LSD and automatic weapons, and parachuted into Iran. Giuliani is the only politician who will think outside the box and develop real workable solutions to our nation's problems.

McCain= 100 more years in Iraq (soft on terror)
Giuliani= 200 years more in Iraq ( a century stronger in the war on terror)
