Howdy all -
Living in NJ is crazy - am up to 3 months waiting for pistol permit and firearms ID card..
BUT, alas, the day is nigh approaching - so I wanted to check with you all about something.
I'm trying to buy a pistol my wife and I can both shoot and have (basically) narrowed it down to
Walther PPS (9mm or .40) http://www.walther-pps.com/
or
Sig SP2022 (same as above calibers)
http://www.sigsauer.com/Products/ShowCatalogProductDetails.aspx?categoryid=33&productid=121
Anyone have opinions on these? I like the Walther because it's small (I have small hands) and the SIG is just well, a SIG, so of course I like it as well. The Walther appears to be simpler to field strip and has smaller magazines. I have a nearly 5 year old in the house as well, so I'm getting a small biometric gun safe to store it in.
Thanks all for any opinions.
Glenn
