Is the artwork on that confirmed and final?
yes , but is evyone happy with the rest of it.
Well I for one am happy. I'll just PM Nirvikalpa to ask if he can write the code to turn them into banners, then we can contact loads of Ron Paul/pro-liberty sites and ask them to put them up. Good work jtbraine.![]()
Here's website that lists Top Ron Paul websites. You could use this as a reference to contact website owners. http://topronpaulsites.com/
Nice one RDM, I didn't know about that.
Nirvikalpa has kindly agreed to turn jtbraine's fantastic images into linkable banners. As soon as that work is done I'll update the original post with a section on getting these banners up on Ron Paul and other liberty orientated sites.
This promotional effort is taking shape, let's keep up the hard work.![]()
I assume you are putting text and info(for search purposes) into these banners so google is picking the banners up to? not sure what they call it in techie terms but i can ask my wife when she wakes up! She is the computer genius(css, php, seo marketing)
ok talked to my wife, i am sure you guys know this but make sure whatever image your have. you are naming the image with something searchable like ronpaul2012 or newt(hehe) you wanna name the image with a search term and not jpeg or bannerimage1 etc etc. you also want to use alt tags. So many folks use images and do not change the image name to a searchable term.
you can use top search terms or whatever you want but by replacing the image with a searchable term it gets picked up by google etc etc. for example if a person searches ronpaul2012 or another term. your banner and image come up in google but if image says banner 1279aka then it will not come up unless that person searches banner 1279aka!

Again that seems like pretty sound advice to me. Please contact Nirvikalpa to try and work something out.
i shot him or her an im with my wifes direct number. This is huge and i was surprised when isaw this wasn't being done. This should always be done to any image photo or banner ads etc. you should name them with searchable names as if you were searching google. You should use alt tags using keywords to define what the image is as well! www.coloradosocialmarketing.com
Yes, I know this and am doing this. Alt tags will also be used... be patient... don't freak! lol.

@goldenstatetheband Thank you for your hard work and making this amazing song available on iTunes. I bought it and I listen to practically everydayI encourage everybody else to go to iTunes and download the song. It's only 99 cents, it's a great deal.

Thanks so much for this song. I am glad to know that rock and roll can still stop traffic. In this crazy world that we find ourselves living in, music is an art and a vehicle to transform lives and artists who accept this responsibility can truly feel their music live on and breathe. You have accomplished this. Well done.

What we have here folks is a "golden" opportunity to market Ron Paul to a wide mass of people, not only nationally but worldwide. Music has always been a very influential media that can spark emotion out of its listeners. With a band like Golden State, that are not only Ron Paul fans themselves, but their unselfish co-operation with RevPac to donate the proceeds of iTune sales of the song "Bombs-End This War" can only be a win-win for the Ron Paul campaign. With the potential of winning new followers worldwide, we may also tap donations from people we normally would not have ever been able to do before.
I would like to share with you some of the "Amazing" responses YouTube is receiving not only on the song, but the video. We have the potential to have a "Big Hit" for the campaign. Just take a look at these comments:
Folks, these are just a few of the close to 200 comments this video has received from 18,500 views of the video. Can we get the views up to 50,000 by next week? Can we get the views up over 100,000 by Christmas? Only you can answer that question by getting involved and help spread this awesome video and song to everyone.
As I mentioned in the post, the proceeds from the sales on iTunes are going to the RevPac which helps the Ron Paul campaign. According to iTunes, the band receives 65 cents from each 99 cent sale of the song. Let's do some math. What if 10,000 people download the song from iTunes? That's $6,500 Golden State will donate to RevPac. OK, not a huge amount of money, but what if we push this where 100,000 units are sold worldwide? That would be $65,000 to RevPac from possibly people that would have never donated to the Ron Paul campaign. That could be well spent money for the campaign to open a new campaign office in a new state or help pay for staff. Do you see the benefits from promoting this? Nothing but good.
The best part is people are going to be "gifting" this song as a possible stocking stuffer for Christmas. There is a option with iTunes to gift out songs to friends and family @ 99 cents per download. This has huge potential.
If you have not come on board to promote this, its not too late. The promotion is for Dec. 16-25. So get on board and make this a huge "HIT" for the Ron Paul campaign.
