what's up with the crazy titles? I instantly don't even want to read the thread. You already posted something on the march. This just feels like spam now.

yes, but this guy is sometimes really annoying, especially when he duplicates his own threads with his fancy titles. And the funny part is, he usually yell about something everybody here have known for weeks.

Ok, why the HELL there are only about 14.000 pledges then ?

Wake up!

OMG, where these people come from....

Yes, i am spamming when i´m trying to get people understand how easily we could have 100.000 people there.

I don't need to be spammed to read and comprehend your message. I respect the enthusiast and dedication but you assume people didn't read it the first time?

Could it be that people either have already pledged, can't make it to the march, or are focusing on other projects right now?

It isn't like you created another thread the next day. You created another thread 33 minutes later while the first one was already sitting in a top 10 spot on the thread roll.

I hope the march is a great success but posting like this makes me turn off to the message you are trying to deliver.

This thread is moire specific on the things, "how to spread the word"...

Ok, but remember this ain´t about you, this is about AMERICA! I will post this 100000000 times if it helps us to get 100.000 there.

Clearly I'm not the only one who feels this way, and you aren't trying to convert non-supporters here. Not to mention that there are actual rules in this forum and you freely admit to breaking them using "freedom" as the justification.

There are other ways to keep your message on top. I have no problem with you bumping a thread every now and then as others do. But it is the multiple thread spam that gets to people. It may turn people off completely to the march and give you the reverse effect you were intending.

Because more than a few people think this "March on DC" is a stupid idea and a complete waste of money. There are NO achievable objectives other than a "feel good" event. The media won't cover it... you won't be making a statement anyone but the supporters will hear... you'll be wasting time, effort and money on a silly, self-serving event that will accomplish nothing.

Take a look at the history... march after march and ALMOST ALL are totally ignored... and the biggest problem is that they affect NO real change. And don't just go flying off the handle, take a look at the history before you rant about this march idea.

The March has its own area and that is where you should be posting. When we could be using our efforts and money to make a real difference... by continuing the effort to gain delegates and take over the GOP (at the same time)... by working really hard to get other candidates elected to congress... by identifying, grooming and supporting congressional candidates to run in 2010.

I understand the passion... having a "feel good" event can be very inspirational... but this March will accomplish nothing in respect to changing government or getting out The Message.

If you want to read more about why this is a REALLY BAD IDEA try this: http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showpost.php?p=1271306&postcount=1
(and this was when I was trying to be nice about this stupid idea)

And not so nice: http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showpost.php?p=1299199&postcount=94

I totally DISAGREE!

Yeah, right 100.000 people gathers somewhere and media doesn´t pay attention, that´s BULLSHIT....

I´m so fucking tired to listen there few *******.

Pelase shut the fuck up and go back to your closets, this revolution doesn´t need people like you.

Every Ron Paul-event WILL AWAKE NEW PEOPLE FOR THE MOVEMENT, when you****** understand that, think where we started.

Post your crap in the right thread... I will not post in the March thread as promised.

And you can disagree all you like... the facts are the facts and history is history. You are just too stupid and lazy to do any research. This is a stupid ass "feel good" event with NO achievable objectives.

The Death March on DC should be treated like other for-profit ventures advertised here. It has its own area and that's where supporters should do their work. March detractors, like myself, should stay out and let them waste their money and time as they see fit.

You cares about you, nobody ? This revolution doesn´t depend on you....

LOL, what a logic you have... I don´t care about the history, all i care is the future and i know that we will win more delegates if we get 100.000 people to d.c, that´s for sure.

If something hasn´t worked in history, that doesn´t mean that it could not work in the future.

Go back to your closet and let the true revoltunaries rise up and gather. You can look it from your TV...

And this is unfortunate. That you refuse to learn anything from mistakes in the past... just like the "sheeple" so many decry on these forums. You insist on making the same mistakes from your own uninformed view.

It is a shame you are unwilling to learn something new by studying something old... history! If you were to do so you could use that knowledge to achieve success. Or, at least, to avoid repeating stupid mistakes of the past. Instead this Revolting March will be a pointless gesture that wastes the resources of this movement.
