We did it! Thanks to everyone who pitched in!


Actually, $1230 is needed but I am going to toss in another $230 if we get some help from this thread. I didn't start this project, but I donated twice and will donate again if need be. It was started by a Las Vegas resident, Robert Fellner.

He needs to put a ChipIn widget in the upper right side of the page. As it is now, all he has is a Donate button near the very bottom. It's not easy to find the button.
 
I will chip in today, it is a good project. I am exploring a digital billboard in Des Moines myself.

I'm going to be joining you in SW MO one of these days. I have some land in Gentryville. I can't wait to get out of NY. lol
 
This is indeed a worthy project, and the organizer is putting his money where his mouth is. $25 more dollars on the way. Sorry I can't give more at this time.

I lived very near there for about 6 years. Now I'm about 20 miles west, in a little town. I'd rather be in the country, actually, but this will do for the time being. Driving to town and back from Gentryville racks up mileage and gasoline that I can't afford right now.
 
So I went to bed needing to raise $1230 in 1 day not thinking it would happen....boy was I wrong! Thanks so much guys, we did it! I am going to set up the purchase tomorrow, will keep you posted!
 
Yep, a lot of people travel there from all over the country. And don't forget how important Nevada is.
