A man involved in election fraud was accidently hired to program these machines.

News agencies accidently reported the winner with only 17% counted.

Boston.com accidently switched columns on their reports.

Election officials accidently threw 30+ votes in the trash.

These people need to be held accountable, whether accident or not, this is a friggin presidential election. If we're really willing to give up our vote for 'oops', what does that make us?
