OMG! did you hear what chris matthews just said!

RP Name Recon - Sarcastic or Not

Hmm maybe there was a hint of sarcasm. It could attributed to him trying to show his support but also not getting death threats from his upline of elitists scum.;)

Yep, seems like he is being a smart A** but the segment gets RP's name that much more out there - more the merrier - and the sooner we ALL win! :D

I don't think it was sarcasm--the reaction of the panelists is what makes it look that way. However, I don't expect him to admit to fully supporting him, he has a job to lose.

I think Chris Mathew does like Paul. It might have sounded sacastic when he said he loves Paul, but he didnt have to say the comments after he said that. He said Paul reminds him of Goldwater, he is the genuine article and doesnt play into the neocon way of thinking.

I despise Chris Mathews but, I dig that he had positive words for my Hero! Too bad that his ratings are dismal and not that many people saw/heard him...

If that was sarcasm, he really sucks at it. Maybe he has forgotten how to say something genuine?

Wow. You never know who's going to be a Ron Paul supporter.

Who's next? Someone on Bush's cabinet?

Hillary? Obama? LOL

I'd like to see him interviewed on Charlie Rose.

Good that RP's name was mentioned by CM, but funny that we all go gaga when someone on the sacred MAINSTREAM MEDIA discusses Ron Paul.

The so-called mainstream media SHOULD be irrelevant. There are far more interesting posters on this board than there are commentators on TV.

The day YouTube and the internet finally become THE source for news and information is the day Ron Paul and the new Ron Paul party take over!

I believe there are A LOT of celebrities and public figures that like and believe in Ron Paul that can't or won't endorse him at this point. When the time comes, we will see many of these types jump on the RP bandwagon. People like this want to be associated with the winner. Be patient, the time will come. The revolution moves forward every day.

I've watched Matthews quite a bit and I don't think that was a sarcastic remark. I th ink they (MSM) are realizing this a a force that won't go away, and some of them want to be sure they can say "I said I liked him" or whatever.

My 2 cents.

Dobbs is a shoe-in if Tancredo drops out!

Then we'll take Cafferty! Hehehe....

Yep, I talk about politics the way generals talk about warfare. :D

better read this article everybody..........lou dobbs ain't all he's cracked up to be!

I wished I knew what happened with Ron going on Lou Dobbs. He used to go on
lou now and then. I think the last time lou had him was when he gave an open 2 min forum for him and Ron talked about nafta and the nau and that was it no more interviews.

see my last post...

And Ron Paul on KUDLOW???...the journalists and pseudojournalists appear to have sensed some rumblings...

If Sean Hannity jumps on board, THEN we should freak out.:D

Hannity will suffer spontaneous combustion if Ron Paul gains any traction

That's what I think, too. It was the latter part of what he said that convinced me that he was serious.

He said I love that guy

Chris Matthews. The loudmouth blond guy.

Okay you guys...time to buy a lottery ticket. Hell just froze over. Now ANYTHING is possible!

Edited after watching video. My guess is he is sincere, that he does like Ron Paul, but he is a paid-for hack and he's going to do what he's told to do and that is talk up front runners. He's not getting paid to give his opinion but to tell viewers what OUR opinion is - Rudy O'Romney Clinton. He just doesn't want to look like a complete chump when Dr Paul does well and wins.

no, he does not! he told people to "get out there and vote for Brownback" earlier in the show, but I think he's a Hillary Clinton fan, he slobbers over her everyday.
