Let me guess, they are complaining that Bush won't let them spend enough money. Or are they complaining that Bush is for the war and keeps signing bills to fund it that they pass even though they are against it and if they were president they wouldn't sign the bills that they pass to fund the war cuz the war is illegal and therefore he shouldn't sign them and they shouldn't pass them except they do?
