OK this time Chris Matthews was unambiguously positive

correct, next problem, DIEBOLD!!!!

Really? Ron Paul had 2,000 people at his rally in Ann Arbor and 1500 at his rally in Nashville last week. Those numbers seem to grow with each rally.

Tell me how many people show up at Giuliani, Romney, McCain and Thompson events? Nowhere near that number.

The "frontrunner" status of those four is a media and pollster-created fiction. It is a mirage, designed to engineer consent, which is how TPTB did it in the past.

That time is gone, we have the internet now!

While I agree with you that media mostly "creates" these candidates, they are still very powerful so you can't expect to win by the Internet alone. Remember, 70 some percent of Republicans don't even who Ron Paul is (according to the latest gallup). I think the disconnect that you're seeing is that Ron Paul has very strong activists behind him, whereas the other candidates have more of casual supporters backing them. Just because Ron Paul draws large crowds, that doesn't mean he has more support in terms of numbers. These crowds are highly organized locally and on the Internet. It's not like suppoters of other candidates can't match our numbers (they can quite easily), it's that they can't match our organization, and perhaps don't want to.

Indeed.

Also, it seems like he always waits for someone to mention Ron Paul, like he thinks "okay..say it, say it. crap hes talking about Huckabee, I didnt mean him when I talk about 2nd tier! hmm...say" "Ron Paul" "OH I absolutely love that guy!"

haha!

if you don't support Ron Paul, why are you in this forum?

One last thing.... Ron Paul supporters will FLOCK Texas District 14 to knock on doors to make sure this man gets elected. How many other candidates can do the same thing?

Think he means he will be out of congress and in the WH. :D :D :D
