Need a list of those voting for Cloture, voting to wave the "don't raid SSI" that Rand forced into vote early this morning, and those voting for the Debt Ceiling Bill. 3 votes.

He shouldn't have hyped it as a filibuster if it was only going to be a few minutes, regardless of whether or not he is technically correct in labeling it as such. Just the speech itself rebuking congress would have sufficed.

Agreed.

He used basically all his debate time hyping this so-called filibuster.... then I was like WTF? I don't care about the technicalities and nuances... neither does boobus. This was REALLY bad optics and has made for some bad press already... see Drudge this morning. SMH.
