Is anyone besides me shocked McCain signed on?

I always thought he was a globalist stooge, now I think he might be well meaning just not intelligent and swayed by globalists in his prior votes.

so Jim Webb does have a brain

I always thought Webb coud be an ally, he was one of the Dems who voted against the amnesty bill, I have alot of respect for politicians who vote against the party line, that's what led me to RP, his voice against going into Iraq, is what really sold me on him, I want good americans who think for themselves in office, not those who vote the party line.

It also explains why he lost

will ever sign on???

Between now and September 15th, all of Florida C4L is going to be collecting S. 604 petitions and then delivering them to the various offices on Sept. 15 at the same time. Hopefully that will do the trick with Nelson, I don't know about Martinez since he's resigning.

...

The number is now 27 Senators.

...it's going to be up to the Senate, let's push this one through.
regardless of Obamas assured veto, the attention this will get will be
good anyways,...

The following States have both their Senators co-sponsoring:

Georgia
Idaho
Indiana
Oklahoma
South Carolina
Texas
Utah
Vermont

These States have One Senator that have signed on
contact these Senators if you're from these States:

Mark Begich - Alaska
Jon Kyl - Arizona
Mark Pryor - Arkansas
Diane Feinstein - California
Pat Roberts - Kansas
Mary Landrieu - Louisiana
Barbara Mikulski - Maryland
Kay Hagan - North Carolina
Kent Conrad - North Dakota
Mark Warner - Virginia
Herb Kohl - Wisconsin
Michael Enzi - Wyoming

and the people from the remainding States have their
work cut out for them,...

good to see my guy Jim Webb on this. I'll call and thank him.

I'm quite ashamed that in Illinois we've delivered about 3,000 signatures to Sen. Roland Burris and Sen. Dick Durbin and they still haven't signed on.

Barbara Boxer will never sign on. But Chuck DeVore would:

Q: Do we really need the Federal Reserve? Would you support S. 604 (Audit the Federal Reserve) as a US Senator?
A: "I have publicly stated my support for auditing the Federal Reserve and have already publicly supported S.604. Once we know more about the Fed's operations, we can best determine what its future should be."

Am I remembering correctly that I read an article in Parade Magazine that Webb is for reforming the prison system and almost hinted at taking drug offenders out of the system?
