Official presidential election results thread - Nov. 8, 2016

House of reps just called for the GOP

Indeed. They picked up a seat in Tennessee. Longtime 5th District Congressman Jim Cooper has lost by almost a 2-1 margin. This is basically Nashville and Cheatham (prounounced cheat-em) county. He has been in office for a long time and was in the 6th district before that. He has run practically unapposed in every election I can remember. Granted he was beaten by the daughter of the chair of the Davidson County Republican Party, but there you go.

I'm shocked - Faux news just had Rand on congratulating him on keeping his Senate seat.

Gary Johson:

KY~ 72% reporting, 2.8%
IN- 46% reporting, 4.6%
FL- 69.8% reporting, 2.2%
VA~ 62% reporting, 2.9%

Anyone have a map that shows the percent reporting by county in FL? If Broward, Miami, and Palm Beach are mostly in then Trump has a shot still. Politico says 0% reporting in Miami, but that's obviously not right.

Palm Beach , 53 % , Miami 80 % in , the two counties around Tallahassee about 55 % in .Orange , 99 % Osceola 93 % , Hillsborough 90 % ,that is the Dem counties except Broward . Call it for Trump .

I hope Trump wins for two reasons. 1; I dont think I could take 4 or 8 years of listening to Hillary as prez.
2; So I can openly mock the Trumpsters when he doesn't destroy or even upset the "establishment".
