Yes, that's because the rural parts of those states report first.

This always happens. We get all excited, but then as the day goes by... the bad guy creeps up slowly until they win.

This is why urban cities is very bad for us... I reckon that the more people there is in the country, the worse the country will be. The reason is that with more people.. one of two things will happen

1) Urban cities get bigger (los angeles, new york city, san francisco, seattle)
2) Small towns become larger and larger until they become urban cities.

So far.. most urban cities has been against Ron and Rand.
