Strange. Doesn't she know who Steve Bannon is?
Based H.L. Mencken said:Democracy is the theory that the common people know what they want, and deserve to get it good and hard.
Civilization, in fact, grows more and more maudlin and hysterical; especially under democracy it tends to degenerate into a mere combat of crazes; the whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, most of them imaginary.
When a candidate for public office faces the voters he does not face men of sense; he faces a mob of men whose chief distinguishing mark is the fact that they are quite incapable of weighing ideas, or even of comprehending any save the most elemental — men whose whole thinking is done in terms of emotion, and whose dominant emotion is dread of what they cannot understand. So confronted, the candidate must either bark with the pack or be lost... All the odds are on the man who is, intrinsically, the most devious and mediocre — the man who can most adeptly disperse the notion that his mind is a virtual vacuum. The Presidency tends, year by year, to go to such men. As democracy is perfected, the office represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of the people. We move toward a lofty ideal. On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last, and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron.
I'm sure she knows exactly what she is doing. Probably will be the establishment strategy. Attempt to separate Trump from everyone who was anti-establishment, and surround him with establishment moles and tools. Hell, they are halfway there already. Now they will do everything they can to split off people like Bannon and Sessions and Carson and anyone else they didn't like for the past couple of years.
LOL, they are saying on CNN as I type that Trump needs a "whisperer" to guide him. Is Grima Wormtongue available? Maybe Newt or Giuliani will do in a pinch.
Faux in full on melt down mode. On a serious note now that Trump won - think Rand would accept a cabinet position if trump offered it?

Compiled a few Mencken quotes.

Perhaps you should apply for a job at Trumpbart?

Someone earlier commented that Trump and Rand are on good terms now. Not sure if it's true or not.
Also what was up with him congratulating Hillary at his acceptance speech? Didn't he want to lock her up if he was elected?

Can imagine a lot of angry Trump supporters if he doesn't arrest her. I know here in PA the theme of arresting hillary if trump was elected was HUGE (and they weren't kidding about locking her up).He said they didn't speak directly, but that he considered the primary stuff water under the bridge.
