I don't know where CNN are getting their figures from.

They are at 8% and the GOP http://www.nvgopcaucus.com/results says 4% votes counted. Fox news WAS way off, now they are mimicking the NVGOPcaucus results by numbers, and percentages voted. Perhaps they have wised up.

Can CNN be that much quicker getting the reults up than anyone else ?

At the same time Official GOP Nevada and Fox news

Paul - 627 - 29.6%

CNN can be quicker. If I was to guess, I'd say that CNN is using a system of reporters, and that the google / nevada gop list is based on official results.
