HQ is on top of this, and they are writing the story as John Kerry holding the only credible single day record, and we beat it.

So since we are taking control of the story from the get go, Hillary's alleged number will be a non-issue in the mainstream coverage.

And Hillary certainly isn't going to come out and dispute it. She's not even going to acknowledge Ron Paul.

That's the wrong number. The offline numbers DO count. Just as they did on the 5th.

The issue is that there were about $400,000 in offline donations added at about 10:30 PM EST. And the official campaign is saying that they were from last week and do not count toward today's single day record.

But they probably wanted to get them in there anyhow, so that the total for the quarter will be as high as possible for press coverage tomorrow.

I wish they did, but you know, we have to leave this to the discretion of the official campaign.

$6.026 million is the number they want to run with, and as far as they are concerned, there is no Hillary record to beat, because they debunked it in the post-November 5th press conference:

We don't know the exact OFFLINE amount for Dec.16 YET!!

I agree this PR is bogus.
 
Just think how many people CALL IN to donate when the website is down!

It won't be a small number, my friend.
 
The thing that sucks is we are just about to reach 6.2 mil right now (on the ticker for weekly). If we had only gotten those donations sooner, there would be no dispute.
 
a little modesty never hurts. We all know the truth. The MSM types always round our numbers down anyway. Even if it was 6.9Million, they would just call it 6. A little modesty is respectable.
