Official Maine Caucus Results thread

They won't. It's what they always do. They fire off extreme charges, without any real evidence.

Now, I will say that the caucuses that were added.... that was underhanded as hell. I'd be interested to see the results from those locations.

The added caucuses ARE the rigging...geez. They have a million underhanded tricks. I should have known this from being a GA delegate in 2008...It's unbelievable.

No state GOP establishment would allow Paul to take 1st and risk completely discrediting their whole state's national relevance.

I can't believe how naive people are who don't think it's all rigged against Ron Paul. Every single state he is screwed it's just a matter of how much.

This was our chance. 2 Presidential runs and 0 states won is a genuinely pathetic effort. I don't care how much we want to turn on the media and say it's all their fault- I think we have to start facing facts a little more.

Man, I didn't think that not getting 1st would be a big deal since Maine is such a small state, but now that the vote has past and Ron is about to speak to everyone... the energy in there is going to been really SHITTY.

A close 2nd definitely hurts MORE ... and winning 1st by only a few votes definitely feels BETTER than a big win imo.

Ugh! FUCK

fuck this. everyone save the "its about the delegates" bullshit too... we needed an actual win to have credibility. If people in the republican party all over the country are this fucking stupid than fuck the republican party. once this campaign is over i am leaving this party because they obviously think they can do without us

Ron : "I don't have $10,000 to bet, but I would bet we will control the main votes in Tampa!"

Well this was the line for me. Sorry yall, but if you think we are going to win right now you are in 2008. And yea
I am drunk. A very articulate drunk.

The whole system is definitely rigged against Paul, but that doesn't necessarily mean there was voter fraud in this particular caucus.

We can't be republicans anymore. They hijacked us a half century ago. We have to take the original republicans and just form another party and call it something else. We will suffer for awhile, but we can start pulling from the false republicans and the dems in the future. That's the only way. Obviously we can't do it on the republican platform anymore. They have been corrupted and moved towards big government, we have to go somewhere else now.

Nope. 3rd parties do not get in debates. They get no press whatsoever. We have to take back one of the 2 major parties. Since there has already been so much work getting people entrenched in the Republican Party, to me, it makes sense to continue the effort there.

Perception means more than some people believe.

Perception= money, support (soft or not), and credibility.

We've had three chances to win something: Iowa, Minnesota, and now Maine.

This is bad, that's all that can be said.
