Official Maine Caucus Results thread

Would have been a good psychological win but remember it is about delegates. FIGHT ON PEOPLE!!!!!

It's ALL about the delegates in a caucus. I'm a Ron Paul delegate in Minnesota!

Even if the straw poll results are accurate, and I have serious doubts, I have NO DOUBT Ron Paul will come out of Maine with the majority of the delegates.

where the fuck are the cunts who come to the events but don't wont?
reallly bad loss for Paul. He spent so much time here

36% is still a high water mark. We were impressed with 27% in Minnesota a few days ago.

This is so obviously rigged. Call me a tin foil hat wearer I dont care. They add 5 new locations at the last minute, then cancel some due to weather. How much you want to bet the ones added were in strong Romney areas, and the ones canceled were where Paul was strong. That change alone could have easily effected the outcome.

There's no difference than winning Maine by 200 votes, or losing it by 200 votes. It would have been nice to get a win here, but nothing really chances because we didn't.

I'd also like to add that all of the people who claimed that downplaying of the results implied a Ron Paul win were wrong. That probably means something. I'm not sure what though.

Romney pulls it out with his party connections and his last minute push. Bleh. Still the highest percentage Paul has gotten anywhere, and twice the number of votes he got previously here. If we'd managed 2.5x it would have been sufficient. Romney down from his 2008 numbers but not enough.
Onward to Alaska, Louisiana and the Dakotas. Hope we got our delegates in place in Maine, anyway.

Ill say it.

Think we could've picked up an extra 200 votes if Ron had been in Main on Thursdays and Friday?

Everyone on here knows he should of been there even the people who were trying to censor those of us saying it then. It doesn't matter how many times the campaign drops the ball there is a subset here that will always blame the grassroots and not fault the campaign no matter what. Well only one organization is being paid to do their job and it isn't the grassroots. Would it have made a difference if Ron had been there? Hard to say, but it definitely wouldn't have hurt.
