Official Friday night liquor ticker

I'll take the cheapest tequila over the cheapest vodka, gin or rum any day of the week; even Friday.

I don't know about that. I used to like Quervo gold but this stuff is the %*^%.

Edit, sorry, read too fast :p. I can't really judge as I have never bought the really cheap stuff.

Ah, an aristocrat! gold, silver, they are both good. one nice thing about this state and their strict liquor licenses is all the byob places. nothing like going to the Mexican place and bringing your own bottle of tequila -- best margaritas you can get.

Whaaaaaa?????? If you do that here you will end up in jail before you have a drink..............(I really hate my home State)

my wife told me once to pick up something to drink for her nursing school pinning party or something. I picked up a bottle of tequila. I showed up and she asked what I had gotten. I proudly proclaimed, "dunnadunna dunt da dunt. tequila!" she explained to me how women don't like tequila out of the bottle. 30 minutes later they were all passing the bottle around the parking lot like it aint no thing.

Sounds like my friends that I don't see much anymore. :(

Who is gonna watch the children? Mother-in-law in town?

She's sleeping--and I don't have the stuff for a white Russian anyways (aside from milk). Hey, Mother-in-law may have hooked up with an apocalyptic cult recently--It's going to get stupid next time she asks to watch her and I have to say no, because the "compound" she's living on looks booby-trapped and as if it's about to be swat-raided any minute. I'm sure she'll think I'm just being mean.

So I got this case of assorted Sam Adam's IPAs but none of them taste like real IPAs. Not very bitter at all. What's up with that? Not that it's gonna stop me from drinking them tonight.

My brother told me when he was in Canada back in the 80s, they recommended serving hard cider on ice with a squeeze of lime. I like it, and it does cut the sweet.

Well, I'm outa the loop. Just wondering if these fine concoctions are still sold:

Boone's Farm (Mellow Days or Easy Nights)
Night Train Express
Red White and Blue beer
Goebel Beer
Schlitz Tall Boys
MD 20-20
40 ouncers
Bartles and James (think I tried once)

And there was some really popular "champagne" in some kind of purple bottle. It'd probably be about $10 in today's money.
