Mitt Romney's speaking capability reminds me of actors from the pre-Marlon Brando era. Especially the way he is intentionally trying to add laughter to his voice at specific moments. That's when he sounds the most fake. If I were coaching him I would just say "don't pretend to laugh, it's beyond the range of your acting ability."

Romney is also not very flexible in debates, if he gets frustrated it will shine through, he's easy to throw off balance.
