If Trump gets his way and rolls out master central database REAL ID based on biometric – like facial recognition – he will have the power to know wherever you are in real-time and cut off political opponents’ ability to spend their own money anytime he wants. Real ID is not just another ID. It is a digital identifier linked to a master database which will contain everything about you, all medical, financial records, and records of everything you have ever purchased in real-time, along with tracking information showing where and where you have been since birth.

"The REAL ID is an unconstitutional NATIONAL ID system, that could exert control over your life beyond the airport. It violates constitutionally protected state and personal sovereignty. Violating 10th Amendment states’ rights and privacy rights, the federal Real ID Act could potentially enable surveillance, and limits on movement, access to services and transactions. The government plans to digitize the REAL ID, put it on your phone, and have real-time remote
access, allowing outside control and potentially government tracking. Your ID could be shut down at any time.
