NEW YORK -- An "Occupy Wall Street" protester threw a violent fit in a McDonald’s after employees refused to give him free food.

Fisika Bezabeh, 27, ripped a credit-card reader from a counter and threw it at workers at about 2:30am local time Friday at the downtown Manhattan restaurant, which has become a bathroom spot for protesters.

i work at a local pizza shop that serves fairly expensive gourmet style pizza, and we have been getting lots of "Occupy Austin" protesters calling in asking for 10-12 or more free pizzas. they got arrested the other day and we're like "they are just really hungry, they got arrested!" blah blah. what the shits. when told no they just kept calling, putting other people on the phone hoping for someone else to answer as well. ridiculous.

Are you kidding me? This is the same news network that always blacks out our candidate. Why should we believe any story they have? Furthermore, one doesn't represent all. It could've just been someone who said they are part of it, just to get free food. Just like how many tea party candidates said they believe in liberty just to get elected.

You are not forced to eat McDonalds, you choose to. You voluntarily exchange your money for their product. When you do that, it's a win-win situation for both parties. That's what free market capitalism is all about.

Do you think that McDonalds should be forced to serve healthy food, and non-cheap food? How will you do that? At the point of the gun? That doesn't sound to virtuous..
