Oboma echoes Ron Paul RP/O O8?

actually no, it's not. His healthcare plan (which hillary attacks him over) is not really "socialized medicine" I would actually call it borderline free market.

I would like to see Paul/Obama.

It may not be socialized medicine but it is a bunch of unconstitutional federal mandates. Obama is a big government liberal. I think many people support Ron Paul because he is anti-establishment. These people, for some reason, view Obama as anti- establishment as well. Since being anti-establishment is the main (or only) thing motivating some people it doesn't really matter what the candidates stands are on the issues. That is the only plausible explanation of why someone would think that Obama and Paul are even close to politically compatible.

a much more plausible scenario is Bloomberg/Paul. Bloomberg needs to get on the ballots in every state and what better way then us to do it. Plus, Bloomberg cannot re-create this kind of grassroots infrastructure in such a short amount of time. Paul would draw ten percent of republicans and Bloomberg would need t draw about 20% of the democrats to win. Think with our organization actually being given 100-200 million.

Will the newbies understand that Obama is a NWO slut - his wife is the head of the CFR Chicago chapter. And give President Paul a CFR vice-president would be no different then giving him a death sentence.

Obama has a foreign policy philosophy similar to Paul. I don't think I would want any of these other Republicans, and I think Paul would actually open Obama's eyes. Kucinich has also been mentioned, but I don't think Kucinich gets Paul a lot of extra votes. Obama would get Paul a lot of votes.

There is no evidence that Obama's foreign policy is similar to Ron Paul's.

He gets young and apathetic voters though so i say it would be awesome, but it will never happen

Dude! Bloomberg is a raging facist. He makes Giuliani look good.

No, no, no. The good doctor needs a VP that shares his views so that incapacitation, death, or assassination don't undo all the hard work we might put into electing Paul as president.

Unfortunately, I think we need someone young as VP. We want the VP to be a shoe in for another 8 years. SC and AK governors sound good right now. Of course if we're in a brokered convention, the most likely thing to happen is going to be Romney, McCain, or Huck being the VP nomination unless the Paul delegates are superhuman in turning the other delegates for president AND vice-president.

Ultimately it may not be, but Obama is pushing to get out of Iraq. Of course, he was talking about needing to deal with the Taliban, so maybe not. I'm saying it more for the gimmick anyway. Realistically, I'm not sure I'd want Obama, but if we get a no name VP it will be another obstacle to overcome in the general election. Obama might be VP for Clinton, if Obama doesn't win the dem nomination.

I think Dems are going to have a brokered convention with Edwards being the VP of one of them in trade for his delegate's votes. I'm thinking it's going to be Obama/Edwards ticket at this point unless one of them starts steamrolling states.
