For the record: Obama never claimed to be anti-war, throughout his campaign he has said that he is going to continue waging war in the middle east. I have no idea how his supporters got this idea that he is anti-war.

Correct, I recall he gave the "illusion" he was anti-war by stating he would withdraw troops from Iraq. Since almost every American has forgotten about Afganistan he will do as he dam well pleases there. He never said much about Afganistan did he?
