They'll hide behind what ever excuse the people let them get away with. They'll claim that they need to know your Shopping Habits because it relates to your Health. They'll claim to need to know your Activites and Hobbies because it relates to your Health. They'll eventually claim to need to observe you in the shower because it also directly relates to your Health. It all leads to they need to know every single thing about you, including your private thoughts, because it relates to their Excuse to have the Tools of Hard Tyranny firmly in place in every aspect of your life.
