I honestly don't care if it is public insurance or private insurance... the "insurance" part is what still irks me. Go back to the cash-pay no-insurance way health care was done before Nixon. I personally have no health insurance entirely by choice and object to the implication that I should be forced to have it.
The same sort of mandated insurance was imposed upon for autos and there still are people who drive without insurance. They make this out like all will be covered and SHOULD be regardless. Never mind the fact that the government has no business being in the healthcare business, education business, auto industry, AIG Insurance, Freddie Mae, Freddie Mac, etc... when does this crap end?
Wait I think I know the answer to that...and it's not pretty.
