Obama said he would have all troops out of Iraq 16 months after taking office. That is today, yet there are still around 98,000 troops in Iraq.

He didn't really tell a lie did he? I mean, he said the troops would be pulled out of iraq but conveniently remained ambiguous by stating that some portion be left behind for support and to track down remaining terrorists. Perhaps by some he meant 98,000? :X
