Obama National Service announcement on Sept 12 - source?

I came across some news about a National Service announcement by Obama a few days ago to be released on September 12 but can't for the life of me find the source of it. Anybody have a link handy?

Thanks for the links. Im still having trouble tracking down anything directly from the administration about the announcement. I guess more will come out as it gets closer.

I remember that "united we serve" had as a goal universal (supposedly voluntary) national service by 9/11/09

Obama might just push his draft, figuring he is a one term wonder, and that they will lose the house in 2010. once in place it would be hard to repeal, just as with health care and social insecurity (aka FDR's ponzi)

The OP in the second link started raving on how Obama has bad grammar, and how that correlated to the Constitution (such a poor argument); the OP then went on to spell grammar incorrectly.
