If any president believes there was legitimate widespread fraud in our elections it is indeed his duty to the Constitution to clean it up by any means necessary.

If Ron Paul were president, we'd all want him to do the same. (TDS'ers don't lie to yourself)

The only thing is, to maintain credibility of the Constitution, whoever calls for whatever military action in cleaning up the election should not be picking winners/losers from the results or whatever investigation but instead should institute a new election that is fairly run and resign after overseeing that election.

Trump should not resign after proving the fraud and either holding new elections or proving he won this one.
The whole point of the fraud was to get rid of him and that would give them what they want, Pence is no substitute.
