I am suprised they had condiments . Sure they probably do not at my county jail . Coffee is actually a cheap beverage when made in large quantities .

This will increase the black market for ketchup and coffee in the prisons. This is not to be celebrated this is abhorrent. The best way to cut waste from the prison system is to free non violent offenders and stop arresting them.

I agree that non violent offenders do not belong . That is why we have more people incarcerated than anyone else .
